Shipping Policy
Shipping costs
The shipping costs that may be charged for the order depend on the product itself (eg weight, packaging) and
the selected delivery method and will be automatically added to the total amount of the order. You can see from your order
Chargeable shipping costs (if shipping costs are charged) to your cart before you accept the order.

Method of delivery
We will deliver your order using one of the delivery methods you choose on our website, which you choose
with your order. The delivery method may be changed if due to an exception or other obstacle
the delivery method cannot be used to ship the order.

Delivery time
Our most common delivery times to the EU are 1-2 business days, depending on the order and delivery method.
Orders are shipped on weekdays, Mondays and Tuesdays in order of arrival. This is
the estimated delivery times reported by the courier services and Finnish Fresh Food is not responsible for their accuracy.

Right of cancellation and return policy
If you are a consumer, you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order by giving notice
to us no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods or the last batch of goods, or if
it is a matter of regular delivery of goods, receipt of the first batch of goods.

The cancellation notice must be made clearly, for example, on our cancellation form, below
by e-mail or written notice provided by you with the returned goods.

The right of cancellation only applies and the returned products must be in the original packaging,
unused and well packed for return. The right of return does not apply to food or
gift cards.

If the transaction is canceled, the goods must be returned without delay and at the latest after 14 days
notice of cancellation to our Return Address below. The returner must, if necessary
prove that the goods have been returned within the time limit, for example by a return receipt. The restorer is
pay the cost of return. These costs will not be reimbursed to the returner.

When returning the delivered order, include your name and contact information and your account number in the money
for return.

Similarly, we will refund the money you paid for the order using the same payment method as you paid for the order
without delay in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Transmission check, error and problem situations
Please check delivery immediately upon receipt. If the product is lost or damaged during transport or not
otherwise it corresponds to your order or is incorrect, please report it as soon as possible and no later than two
(2) Within a day to our Customer Service, we will agree on how to get the error fixed.
In consumer trade, we comply with the mandatory liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act for errors.
