Valio MiFU® mince is an easy solution for main cooking. Valio MiFU® mince Original is mildly flavored and is suitable for anything , just like regular ground meat. Valio MiFU® mince is made from domestic milk and milk protein. A 250-gram minced pack is equivalent to about 400 grams of minced meat in recipes. Valio MiFU® mince is at its best when quickly browned in a pan. The deliciously crispy baking surface is created in an instant. Use the mince in sauces, box dishes and pans, as well as pizzas and tortillas. If you want to speed up cooking, you can add it to your food as is.
